The Theatre of Western Springs Directors’ Workshop Program is pleased to announce the "Shorts for a Summer's Evening" with 5 short plays -- and live music.

Friday, August 13th at 7 pm
Saturday, August 14th at 3 pm and 6 pm
Sunday, August 15th at 3 pm and 6 pm

(Rain dates August 21-23)

The performances will be presented outdoors on the TWS Patio Stage

The program should last about an hour without intermission

Reservations are strongly suggested.

Mask-wearing by fully-vaccinated individuals is optional.

Shorts for a Summer’s Evening is performed with an at-will donation.  Donations can be made when making your reservation or on the day of the performance. Your generosity will benefit the theatre in returning to a full production schedule.  We thank you for your support as we continue to bring you live (or otherwise) theatre.

The Pickup by David S. Raine, directed by Darla Goudeau

“Slip-ups and trip-ups.”

Featuring: Katarina Creedon, Cheryle McKay, and Dave Romito

The Really Odd Couple by Annie Walker-Bright directed by Denny Wise

“You can always count on Max .”

Featuring: Katerina Creedon, Tom Gess, and Jill Jackson 

When One of Us Dies by Robyn Dana Guest directed by Edward W. Wavak
